In short: we only collect what you choose to send us (a booking request, a tip, your email for updates, or your name and email before you buy). We use Google Analytics to count visits. Payments happen on Selar, systeme.io or Amazon, not on our site, so we never see your card. On YouTube, our team may reply to your public comment with a helpful link. We never sell your information. Who we are
nezeville.com is run by Nezeville Media Inc., a Canadian corporation based in Alberta ("we", "us"). We make Neze's edu-tainment content: YouTube, books, courses and talks.

Payments
When you buy, you pay on Selar, systeme.io or Amazon. Those companies handle your payment details under their own privacy policies. We do not receive or store your card number.
YouTube comments
Our team uses the YouTube API Services to read public comments on Neze's YouTube channels (Nezeville and NEZE Peperempe) and to reply publicly, for example with a link when someone asks for the book. For this we keep the comment's ID, the commenter's public channel name and ID, the comment text and our reply, so we don't reply twice and so a team member can follow up. We do not use this to build profiles of people or for advertising.
By using YouTube you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. A channel owner who connected a channel can remove our access at any time at Google security settings.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run the site and our work: our web host (Hostinger), our database provider (Supabase), Google (Analytics and YouTube), and the sales platforms you choose (Selar, systeme.io, Amazon). Members of the Nezeville team see booking requests, tips and purchase records only as needed to do their jobs. We never sell or rent your personal information. We may share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for the reason above, including time limits for payment disputes, tax and legal claims. Then we delete it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner where the law allows.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent and ask us to delete it. If you live in the EU or UK you have similar rights under the GDPR. Email info@nezeville.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics cookies to count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works.
Children
Our site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Keeping it safe
Our database is protected so the public cannot read it, team access needs a personal sign-in, and the site uses encrypted connections (https). No system is perfect, so please don't send us sensitive information you don't need to.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
